延長敷地の幅って大事❗

今日は、西尾小学区の住崎2丁目D棟をご案内します!
延長敷地の幅ってとても大事というお話です。
ちなみに、延長敷地の幅というのは、下記の部分を指します
住崎2丁目D棟では3mの幅を取っています。※ブロックが敷地内に入っているため、有効は減ります。
法的には2mで問題ないところもありますが、
それを2.5m取るのか、3m取るのかは分譲地によって異なります
大信では、ここの幅が生活する上でとても重要だと考えています
延長敷地はたくさん車を停められるメリットがありますが、
停めてしまうと人や自転車が通りにくくなります
※たくさん駐車できるメリット
車を置くと通りにくいのは当たり前の話ですが、
ずっと住む家なので、将来をイメージしながらチェックしてみてください
ご家族構成や年齢によっても、ベビーカーを運んだり、自転車が通ったり状況は変わります。
色んなケースを考えて、3mくらい確保されていると便利だと思います
ちなみに、上記の写真は社用車を端に寄せていますので、まだまだ余裕があります
ファミリーカーですとまた状況は変わりますので
